These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DOYAK mobile app and website (the “Service”). By using DOYAK, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

The Service

DOYAK is a fitness app for logging workouts and reviewing your training over time. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Your content

Your workout data is yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it so we can provide the Service to you (for example, syncing it across your devices). We don’t claim ownership of your content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Abuse, harass, or infringe the rights of others.

Health & fitness disclaimer

DOYAK is a tracking tool, not medical or professional fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program. You are solely responsible for how you train, and you use the Service and perform any exercise at your own risk.

Third-party services

DOYAK uses third-party services (such as Apple, Google, Supabase, and Resend). Your use of those may also be subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be preserved.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOYAK and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
