This Privacy Policy explains what information DOYAK (“DOYAK,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use the DOYAK mobile app, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using DOYAK, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address, and — if you sign in with Apple or Google — the name and email address those services share with us.
• Workout data. The workouts, exercises, sets, weights, reps, templates, and dates you log in the app.
• Basic technical data. Standard information needed to operate the service, such as authentication tokens.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or Apple Health data, and DOYAK does not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

How we use your information

• To provide the app and sync your workouts across your devices.
• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To send account-related emails, such as email confirmation and password resets. We do not send marketing email.

Service providers

We rely on a few third-party providers that handle data on our behalf:

• A cloud database & authentication provider — securely stores your account and workout data and signs you in.
• An email delivery provider — sends transactional emails such as confirmation and password reset.
• Apple & Google — optional sign-in, if you choose to use it.
• A website hosting provider — hosts this website.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share data only with the service providers above to run DOYAK, or where required by law. Any third party that handles your data on our behalf is required to protect it to at least the same standard described in this policy.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app, or by emailing us at support@doyak.app. Deleting your account permanently removes your workouts and profile from our systems, and withdraws your consent to any further processing.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Children

DOYAK is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the date at the top of this page.
